Maria Antonia Josepha Johanna (1755 - 1793), also known as Marie Antoinette, was the wife of king Louis XVI of France, so she was also queen of France.

Marie Antoinette was born on 2 November 1755 at the emperor's palace in Vienna, the Hofburg palace, as archdutchess of Austria. She was the youngest daughter and the second youngest child of emperor Francis I of the Holy Roman Empire and empress Maria Theresia van Oosten.
