Two beautiful birds on beautiful blossom branches can be seen on this tall, elegant vase. The two-tone cut glass, with blue and gray shades, has been designed in a special way. The color combination makes the accessory unusual and very eye-catching.
The satin finish owes the vase to a process by the French glassmaker and furniture designer Émile Gallé. Placed glass contains an etched representation with different colors between two layers. This is applied with a special paint. After immersing the show in acid, the second layer of color can be 'etched away'. This process can continue up to the third color layer.
