Small table lamp.
Modernism! Fantastic colorful lamp in Art Nouveau/Jugendstil style, inspired by the rose windows of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.
The stained glass windows bring light from the darkness, as it were. A beautiful theme that is also reflected in this lamp. The glass of the Gaudi table lamp has an unprecedented brilliance that can also be recognized in gemstones. The Tiffany glass shade is spectacular because the cool and warm colors blue, green, yellow, red and purple that form a harmonious whole like a watercolor into an ornament. The base of the lamp shows an intarsia in iridescent green, resembling a mosaic in which the rosette repeats itself. The final piece as an organic pinnacle is a fitting crowning.
Nowadays everyone knows Antoni Gaudí (1852 – 1926). During a visit to Barcelona in Spain, the still unfinished Basilica is always planned. Gaudi is considered a founder of organic architecture, which originated around 1900.
