"Water Lilies" (Les Nymphéas) is a woven tapestry based on the French Claude Monet's original (1840-1926).
Monet built a colourful garden and a pond near his studio in Giverny in the 1890s. This way he made sure to continue to find inspiration for his beloved motif.

The water is shown in idyllic blue/purple shades on a light clear background. Voluminous aquatic plants, leaves and motivating lilies are carried out in large vague green, yellow and red lines.
Fabric: 100% cotton.
The backside is lined with beige cotton and it has a tunnel so it can easily be hung on a wall.
