Our parcels are either delivered by DPD, a courier service or our own employees. All shipments are insured and you will have to sign for your order upon delivery. DPD usually takes 1 or 2 attempts at delivering the item to your home but this can vary depending on the parcel’s size. If no one is present the second time around, you will find a message (card) in your mailbox that explains at which post office your parcel can be picked up. It usually has to be retrieved within two weeks.
Track & Trace
When your parcel is send, you will receive an email explaining the details of your purchase and, by means of a barcode, you can trace your shipment via DPD Track & Trace. Usually, the order will be delivered within 2 days in the Netherlands. Orders that have to be shipped abroad are generally delivered within 4 days.
Delivering at a different location
Having your parcel delivered at work or at another address is also possible. The address on the invoice does not have to coincide with the address it is send to.

You will have to make a personal appointment if you choose to ship via our own employees or via a courier service.
