Returns

After taking delivery of the goods ordered, you have the right to return them within 14 days after delivery. It is possible to exchange goods or to be reimbursed after returning them. Made-to-measure goods can not be returned. Damage to goods has to be reported directly to us by telephone or e-mail on the same day that the goods were delivered to you.

There are stipulations attached to a return shipment, namely:

  1. The return shipment has to be conveyed to us, either by telephone or e-mail and mentioning the order number. Consequently, you will receive a return number. There is a possibility that return shipments without this number cannot be traced and there will no guarantee that your order will be dealt with correctly.
  2. The goods have to be returned unused and undamaged in the original packaging. Please bear this in mind when unwrapping. Leave the original packaging in one piece, do not damage the box and only unwrap what is necessary to assess the product. When the seal is broken on a sealed product, guarantee on it will have expired.
  3. You have to insure the return shipment, to guarantee that your parcel can be traced.
  4. You can send the goods to, but also deliver them at (after making an appointment) the address mentioned below:

  5. Reimbursement of the amount paid (not including shipping costs) will take place within a month and after we have received the goods, through bank or paypal. Reimbursement in cash is not possible.
